Instructions on site use
Conferences within each discipline have their own board, named by that discipline.
Each conference should appear in exactly one thread, named as follows: Full Conference Name, Year, Dates, Location
If the new thread (created and named by the first message subject) does not have room for all this information in the subject line, please include the remainder in the message body.
Roommate requests should be replies to that thread, with subject: Your Dates of Stay, Gender
